Social Media Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Manage daily interactions, messages, and comments to maintain a strong brand voice
Monitor performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding
Research trends, competitors, and industry updates to keep our content relevant
Plan and manage social media campaigns and influencer collaborations
Prepare regular reports on performance and KPIs
Qualifications and Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English
Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and visual aesthetics
Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Proficienty in English
Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
