About the Opportunity

We are currently hiring a Digital Marketing & Advertising Specialist for one of our clients operating in the e-commerce and marketplace industry. The role focuses on managing and optimizing advertising campaigns, particularly on Amazon and other digital platforms.

This is a full-time position with an initial training period, making it suitable for candidates with strong analytical skills and an interest in digital advertising and data-driven marketing.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing & Advertising Specialist will play a key role in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on data analysis and performance improvement.

The role combines campaign management, strategic planning, and performance analysis responsibilities.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure effective campaign execution, data-driven decision making, and strong advertising performance for client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage PPC campaigns for a portfolio of clients at both strategic and operational levels.

    • Define advertising strategies based on campaign objectives and requirements (Search and Display), including formats, budgets, and campaign structures.

    • Implement and execute advertising strategies through product research, keyword research, category analysis, campaign creation, performance analysis, monitoring, and optimization (bids, targeting, and structure).

    • Manage advertising campaigns daily to improve Conversion Rate, CTR, ROAS, product visibility, and product discoverability.

    • Prepare weekly and monthly campaign reports including performance insights and recommendations for growth and optimization.

    • Collaborate closely with the Advertising Manager and/or Project Manager to align on strategy, timelines, and campaign objectives.

What We Offer

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • Fluent communication skills in Italian and English.

  • Native-level French, German, or Spanish is considered a plus.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce, SEO, or online advertising is preferred.

  • Preferred: Experience managing Amazon Seller or Vendor accounts, particularly Amazon PPC campaigns.

  • Strongly preferred: Experience managing PPC campaigns on other platforms or working with digital marketing data analysis.
