Role Overview

The Operations & Client Experience Associate will play a key role in supporting client onboarding, coordination, and ongoing service delivery. The position combines client communication, operational coordination, and process improvement responsibilities.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows, efficient operations, and a high-quality experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms

  • Support client onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing service coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Track operational performance and maintain reporting in spreadsheets

  • Analyze workflows and identify operational improvements

  • Help implement scalable and automated operational processes

  • Support operational projects as the organization grows

  • Assist in identifying bottlenecks and proposing efficiency solutions

Ideal Candidate

  • Fluent English speaker (Spanish is a strong advantage)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Empathetic, professional, and client-focused mindset

  • Comfortable handling client interactions across multiple channels

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities

  • Comfortable working with Google Sheets or Excel

  • Interest in using AI tools to improve productivity

  • Ability to work US Eastern Time hours
