Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Manage daily interactions, messages, and comments to maintain a strong brand voice
  • Monitor performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding
  • Research trends, competitors, and industry updates to keep our content relevant
  • Plan and manage social media campaigns and influencer collaborations
  • Prepare regular reports on performance and KPIs

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English
  • Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite,  Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and visual aesthetics
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Proficienty in English
  • Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
